Sometimes you have to take some time off, leave your phone in the drawer and empty your diary. We all need some rest from time to time.
These are some of my tips to help you relax:
Take a bath/ shower
Wear comfy clothes
Light some candles
Drink some tea/ coffee
Take a nap
Wrap yourself in blankets
Read a good book
Buy that thing that you’ve wanted for a long time
Eat your favorite snack
Take a walk
Listen to your favorite song
Watch a movie
Call a friend
Breathe in… breathe out
Bake something
